The fund has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Solactive Equal Weight US Bank Index, net of expenses.

The fund invests in and holds the constituent securities of the index in the same proportion as they are reflected in the index.

Additional Index Information

Solactive Equal Weight US Bank Index consists of the U.S. securities that fall within one of the following Industry groups; Finance, U.S. Banks, U.S. Commercial Banks, or U.S. Commercial Savings Institutions.

To be included in the index, each security is subject to minimum market capitalization requirement and liquidity screens.

Each security in the index is allocated an equal weight rather than a market capitalization weight.
